Yes, we are registered to work in all the cities where we do business. We also have Contractor Liability Insurance.
Many roofers do not have this insurance. It is very expensive but important to have!
Finally, if being bonded is needed in an area, we will be bonded there.
We are very experienced. The TMR crews have over twenty years experience replacing and repairing roofs.
We give a 5-year and 10-year installation warranty from TMR, covering leak repair and defects in installation. The material manufacturer will give their own product warranty for the longevity of the product.
We install roofs for commercial and residential buildings. We have a number of options:
- Composition Shingle
- Standing Seam Metal Roofs
- Clay Tile
- Commercial TPO Roofing
- Commercial Modified Bitumen
Yes. Daily and upon completion. We use a magnet sweeper to insure all metal pieces and debris is removed.
Absolutely. The best judge of a roofer’s experience are homeowners who have worked with us before. We’re happy to share some of previous clients’ before and after photos. And if you want to contact them and ask about our work, we’re fine with that too.
We recommend gutters on most roofing jobs if possible and realistic for the customer. Normally when a roof is ready to be replaced, the gutters are nearing the end of their useful life as well. It’s more cost effective to replace the gutters when the roof is being installed. That also prevents you disturbing the perimeter of your new roof at a later date.
If you are considering a skylight, the time to have the work done is when re-roofing. We will consider each project on an individual basis and consult you regarding the pros and cons of skylights in your particular situation.
